EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE & LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

The Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Workshop is a comprehensive program that furthers participants’ knowledge and views on emotional intelligence. Alternating between group activities and individual reflective exercises, this engaging workshop encourages leaders to focus on discovering their emotional intelligence leadership strengths, and areas they can further develop. Leveraging results from leaders’ EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Report, participants of this session will learn the importance of emotional intelligence in effective leadership and leave with a personal improvement plan to increase their leadership effectiveness.

The overall program objectives include:

• Increasing participants' understanding of emotional intelligence and its role in effective leadership

• Deepening participants' understanding of each emotional intelligence competencies using the EQ-i 2.0® model as a platform

• Enabling participants to identify specific areas of strengths and growth using their EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Report

• Learning practical improvement strategies to increase their level of Emotional Intelligence

• Building a personal development plan around areas of growth each Participant with receive:

• 1 EQ-i 2.0 assessment

• 1 EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report

• 1 60-minute individual coaching session

• 1 workshop participant guide.
