Our coaching sessions are designed to help participants further explore their personal journey towards a more emotionally intelligent leadership practice. The coaching sessions explore ways for participants to:
Better understand themselves and others in their circle of influence
Identify desired outcomes and goals as it relates to leading with emotional intelligence
Learn specific new behaviours to lead with emotional intelligence, therefore, helping them build more effective and increasingly diverse working relationships
